Pros
Some pros to Communicus are the salary and benefits, the people are fairly nice, group happy hours and interesting work structure since it’s easily done from home.
Cons
Some cons to Communicus are the demands can often be unknown. Communication at Communicus always seems to be lacking in my experience multiple people have different expectations so you always end up falling short. So stress is high because expectations seem to be all over the place. If you offer to help with some clients be prepared to be told you are only committed to x clients. The work seems to be straight forward once you learn it, but turn over always seems to be ridiculous because they don’t allow much breathing room for human error. And despite their packet that seems to talk kindly about having mental illnesses or grievances they don’t care. So don’t share. Their seems to be a level of nepotism so if you can be favored or friended you’ll likely be able to hold your job. Work seems to be offloaded onto a lot of other people and I am not entirely sure if this is by design or just how the company has always been. In result worklife balance is often work long days and workout when you can. Also be warned because I was told I was doing well and that I was consistently making great improvements and suddenly got blindsided with a termination because I brought the fact I wasn’t being understood or able to know what was expected of me. During this time we had received a lot of new management and it seemed like I received direction from 3+superiors .
