There is a clear purpose and values and management is transparent with business goals and performance and shows that they care for employees.

The company is growing quickly and it's sometimes difficult to keep up with the workload. Very high standards for excellence.

A company that fosters personal responsibility without the need to micromanage the staff; whose work ethic and standards far exceed any I've experienced before. A place conducive to contributing a fulfilling function with reassuring emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Communicus provides the opportunity to grow and mature both as a person and as a professional.

The steep learning curve proves for a challenging experience where determination and a will to succeed are a must. Only in the absence of these qualities does the challenge seem like a con. You find out within the first few months if you are a good fit for the company and vice versa. Realistically speaking, this aspect is most likely what enables Communicus to maintain such high caliber staff. The ebb and flow of the work load means sometimes having to straddle the work-life balance, but the staff benefits and positive office culture communicates just how important each member is to the Communicus team.
