Learnt a lot at the start Some great people worked there Relaxed atmosphere

Hugely inflated sense of importance - definitely not as influential or knowledgeable as they set to make out Very poor communication (ironically) - there is a ridiculous management culture there, with a lot of managers that don't know the role. They are just managers. Makes communication and change difficult Lots of red tape The product itself has a tonne of problems that never get fixed - means client facing staff members get the brunt from disgruntled clients Not much room for growth past a certain point I have realised since leaving how much more I have grown and developed at a different company / environment A very forced culture

Open door policy with the MD, fairly open to trying new things.

Some very small minded people with an over inflated sense of self worth. MD's is easily led by stronger characters. Situations are often dealt with in a large corporate approach not suitable to the small business that it really is.
