Career opportunities if you are willing to sacrifice your time and take extra responsibilities on top of keeping all your targets up.
Cons
There is no such thing as "me time" in this company. Highly unprofessional management and staff treatment. Unacceptable quality of employment contract.
Communication Zone Response

Please note that this page is for Communication Zone in Canada which is a Canadian private company and does not operate or have employees in Australia.
We're sorry you have this experience with a company name which has a similar name but please note this is not an accurate reflection of our work or management environment here in Canada.
I'm still enjoying these pros almost 3 years later:
- Relaxed but productive work environment
- independence to prioritize work on your own
- a boss that does not micromanage and trusts his staff
- fun team outings
- flexible comp based on performance
- ability to make connections and build relationships in business
- encouragement from management and peers
- inside track on new smartphones and accessories
- great phone plan (if you earn it)
- building your own brand by wowing customers on your terms
Cons
- Sometimes long hours and time on the road, depending on the day
- need a thick skin to handle some customers
I love the supportive employee relationships that exist at Communication Zone, the ease / approachability of management who do not micromanage and always strive for continuous improvement.
Cons
As a new sales employee, it can be difficult to start out as you need to know all the minor service details and command confidence to be successful.
