      Extremely responsive to any concerns raised Amazing CF supervisors who are there for you at all times Consistently provided support in various areas of need Fostered a positive work environment Advocates for their workers to the districts Knowledgeable C-Suite who frequently shares their expertise

      Cons

      Limited PTO (although they do space out your paychecks so you get paid over breaks, which is somewhat like PTO)

      Support for high-profile cases. Great budget for professional development or therapy tools. Encouraging and positive work environment. Collaboration between SLPs. Access to extensive standardized assessments. CW is a strong advocate for manageable caseload sizes. Encouragement to find your passion/niche. Competitive salary. Extensive online resources.

      Cons

      Some districts treat you as an "outsider" when you're a contracted employee.
