Pros

*Management is actually really good for the most part, as they are paid incentive and bonus to help you *Excellent training, which is done by training personal who do only that, in a 2 week long course which you are payed to attend.

Cons

*Due to unreasonable sales or retention expectations, combined with the High stress environment, Long hours, complicated and outdated software, and very little room for movement, promotion, or raises of any kind, this place has an EXTREMELY high Turnover rate. They compensate for this by just continuing to hire new exployees to replace those they lose, but this is longterm, an ineffective and bad business practice. As you end up replacing allot of good employees with those just passing through over and over again. As a result the company for the most part does NOT have a dedicated and well educated and experiences sales or retention staff, in fact their staff because of these practices is more comparable to people working part time at McDonalds or other fast food places than actual industry professionals.
