Pros

Some nice people work there but sooooo poorly mismanaged and the higher ups do not care about employees in the slightest. They have some of the lowest pay for RBT’s in the city.

Cons

It’s disgusting to work here. They only bring in cleaning staff once a week and everyone, including parents, children and employees, is sick ALL THE TIME. You will be asked to cover for others because of this. I quit and joined a new clinic and I don’t get sick anymore. I’ve heard a lot of stories similar to mine. You will be stiffed when it comes to advancement and raises routinely. Your pay will not go up no matter how hard you work. There’s always a problem in the budget and use none of it to maintain the facilities, but always seems to be enough for the higher ups to live comfortably.

Pros

Although they went through a transition period, leadership has been listening to the staff and making everyone feel like their voices are heard and making the changes necessary in order to provide quality care. They really value work life balance in this company with productivity expectations around 60% (compared to competitors at 85%), documentation time, and breaks between clients.

Cons

They don't give enough money for CEU offerings and their 401k benefits are non-existent.

Pros

Clients are wonderful, some staff are truly caring and competent

Cons

Relation from the management (removing from clients caseload if you voice opinions about programming, cutting hours after taking time off, accusations of misconduct that are false and misaligned with their written policy), the gross conditions of the clinic (diapers being discarded in open trash cans leading to bugs and odor, no time being allotted for cleaning, tripping on left out toys and equipment, no restock of gloves or any wrapping material to properly store client food), and a lack of safety care training while being expected to work with high behavior clients leading to most of the staff having consistent injuries, no growth opportunities (they’ve promised promotions to people just to eliminate the position)
