Pros
None that stood out in my experience, maybe the work-from-home practice.
Cons
1. Although the compensation was low, more than one month of work remained unpaid at the end of the contract. Legal options are now being explored to recover the outstanding amount.
2. There were no days off or holidays provided and local holidays were not respected either.
3. There were no bonuses, no overtime payments and no additional compensation for working on public holidays and weekends.
4. Communication between departments was slow, and it often took months to receive replies regarding current projects. Requests for cooperation were also delayed, usually with the explanation that people were too busy or away.
5. Inappropriate comments, including sexist remarks.
Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, transparency and respect for employees.
