He does so while continually pursuing opportunities to build a cohesive team and reward them handsomely for their efforts.

Government contracting is a tricky business space for any firm large or small. CTP Inc is a small privately owned firm where you can obtain incredible opportunities to develop technical skills that are marketable and considerable degrees of responsibility but opportunities for advancement depend on the breadth of the firm's active contracts.

Competitive salary and work hours.

The most sexist environment I have ever worked in. Only men have a voice in this office. This office has many generational issues. There is no space for anyone except white anglo saxon males.
