When the culture changed, more minorities started leaving and some projects didn't exactly have clarity.
HR could do better with really understanding the needs of employees BEYOND only what their manager reports.
Favoritism was a thing and someone on the SVP level kept picking on minorities for no reason, hence why most of them level at some point. More investigation needs to be done.
