      great coworkers on the clinical side

      Cons

      -ALL upper management beyond Nurse Leaders couldn’t care less about how they treat staff. -New Supervisors are constantly degrading to cna/pct/environmental staff -Overworked, Long hours no breaks, Understaffed. -No communication between supervisors, leaving constant confusion -HORRIBLE PAY W/ NO ROOM TO GROW

      Staff is very knowledgable Patient care is top of the line Felt like more of a family than a workplace

      The organization does not recognize how well the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department operates with such little space and outdated equipment.

      Pros

      I got to enter a specialty that I wasn’t familiar with. If you’re a new grad you have a chance of getting a job (but not much support comes with that).

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment/ Hostile at times - overrun by nepotism and favoritism. Professional development is not a priority.
