      Pros

      Laid back, compensation is good if you can bring a book of clients with you or are a great cold caller. Gary Chang managers the sales staff and is a stand up guy and treats everyone with respect.

      Cons

      The senior foreign exchange salesmen are extremely under paid. They have expanded and paid higher salaries to the new comers. It's a very difficult environment when there's a two tier pay scale and the older staff know. Terrible synergy among the sales staff and partners allow too much crap to slide by/

      Pros

      Good location with easy accessibility to subway. Midtown.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, pretty much non existent due to the constant revolving door of sales staff. Low paying by industry standards A complete waste of my life from a company with changing objectives and direction on a monthly basis. Superficial on board training.

      Absolutely nothing, except for occasional catered lunches

      Cons

      Low paycheck, unfair favoritism, drama filled office and long time employees who do and say whatever they want with no repercussions
