Cons

Lack of PTO, no sick leave, point system(which was not a problem for me) but the biggest problem was the gap between management and representatives. Any issue brought up or questions about how things work is avoided or answered with a response that makes you feel stupid or you are actually yelled at for questioning how things worked in regards to incoming calls. As a second chance employer, you are treated like you are nothing as the owner of the company at any moment can come over and start screaming at you and threatening co workers they will be fired for no apparent reason other than he is upset over something. No respect for the workers are people trying to make a living to support their family. After 2 years of being an employee who had no write ups or call offs, the environment their forced me to find different employment as it is a toxic environment.
