      Extremely team-centered, involving me in all aspects of the company. Very insightful job-shadowing that allowed me to develop a better understanding of the career path as a whole.

      It wasn't very organized, but that may have added to the experience by creating an organic feel to the internship as a whole.

      Commonwealth has a team mentality that focuses on building a company together. Working for Commonwealth has taught me to grow as a business woman and employee. Have the ability to work hand in hand with the CEO is an awesome feel.

      Cons

      Working for Commonwealth, it is challenging to create a trustworthy atmosphere with the clients. Allowing the clients to feel welcomed and eager to meet their advisors.
