      Working for Commonwealth, it is challenging to create a trustworthy atmosphere with the clients. Allowing the clients to feel welcomed and eager to meet their advisors.

      Extremely team-centered, involving me in all aspects of the company. Very insightful job-shadowing that allowed me to develop a better understanding of the career path as a whole.

      Cons

      It wasn't very organized, but that may have added to the experience by creating an organic feel to the internship as a whole.
