Pros

I don't really think there is any honestly.

Cons

Owner/president is heavy into nepotism and is paranoid about getting caught by the government again for embezzlement. Her office is full to the brim with boxes of paper work, and they even have a whole warehouse with boxes. Also some staff are very racist,

Pros

Company is family friendly and works with you when you are having personal issues. The owner will bend over backwards to help you in a personal situation including giving any necessary time off to deal with whatever the situation is you are dealing with. She cares....not too many corporates out there do that for their employees.

Cons

Low pay. Made up for by flexibility, paid long-term disability, life-insurance.

Pros

Great team of people below management, they are all in the same boat so have a sense of camaraderie with each other. Everyone knows the company is terrible so just try to make the best of it. The company is understanding of family issues and will assist with that. A lot of company holidays.

Cons

Where to start, as other reviews state the CEO is the main issue here. They want to micromanage everything but are never in the office to actually do the micromanaging so things are delayed and left undone. Policies change constantly, depending on what the CEO feels that day and the pay is a joke. I worked as a temp for over a year and was offered a permanent position for less than I was already getting paid. It was disrespectful to say the least to be told you're actually worth less than you getting before. They will nickel and dime you if you're not a member of the chosen few, nepotism is rife and family members and close family friends having senior roles in the company.
