      The real life colors of Benneton - All so different but share a desire to learn from others and experience new cultures, ways of thinking, hobbies, etc Entrepreneurial Spirit Great place if you're young, hungry and want exposure and opportunity Passionate people with work hard ethics Very laid back culture with a "let's create the beat for others to march to" Won Small Agency of the Year for 11-79 employees (2012) Fun

      Pros

      They care about your well being and satisfaction at the job. have tons of perks not only for members but as well as team members.

      Cons

      I thoroughly enjoyed working here up until they couldn't be understanding of health issues. with much consideration I quit, really enjoyed working here up until then.

      Pros

      -Great people -Great culture -Room to be creative -A good place to start, not a good place to grow

      Cons

      -Senior management (some not ALL) don't look out for their team. Some are notorious for throwing their team under the bus to save themselves -Low pay (No one gets paid well…with the exception of owners and their closer personal buddies) -Little room to grow or be promoted
