It is absolutely an amazing experience getting to work with brilliant people. Now, that I'm focusing on being a servant leader and truly serve everyone around me... Things are ramping up quickly.
Cons
Downsides are that the work can be a lot & we are extremely fast-paced. We have had people in the past who complain we move too fast and it can be a little chaotic. Mainly my fault. I'm learning how to manage things properly and now we have Naz on the team who is MUCH better at operations than myself!
