It’s absolute chaos at the corporate level. There are no set processes for anything, from HR to IT, it’s on you to figure out. They just let go close to the entire IT department without communication or transition plans to other departments. Everyone is scrambling and cutting corners to impress the new CEO, who is described by SVPs as being inexperienced and unfit for the job. Everything is political and power is more important than valuable work. Cons outweigh the pros by far.
