Pros

I have the best coworkers. Penrose offers supportive management, gives good patient care, and I value the mission statement. Penrose promotes a positive work environment, healthy lifestyle, and has a great fitness program. Overall, it's a positive work experience.

Cons

Penrose could offer a more competitive wage, incentives for night shifts and incentives for a mandatory on call rotation.

Pros

Flexible schedule, work from home, no weekends.

Cons

Pay increases annually are minuscule and insulting if you qualify for it. The pay range for the job description currently is $18-$31/hr, however an employee who has been working in this role for 25+ years doesn't even make the highest amount so it seems pretty unattainable. Micromanaging and favoritism are very prevalent.
