      Pros

      Great pay for the area, with annual percentage increase.

      Cons

      Poor management with a lot of politics. Management would rather keep friends in employment and overlook department issues (like roughly 80 nurse leaving a department pre-pandemic and it now being staffed by new grads and travel nurses). Pushed boundaries on nurse to patient ratios. Humankindness is not real here.
