The cheapest hospital system I’ve worked with. They have no policies and procedures for a multitude of practices. Nothing is Black and White unless it’s members of leadership getting together to terminate/discipline vocal employees. Every year they are “negotiating” with medical insurance companies. Pitiful responses during COVID surges and hurricane season. No HR or Admnistration presence. People in Management position placed based on the “scratch my back” mentality rather than education, experience, etc.
