      Alignment to a mission of human impact - patients and accessibility Merger environment has a lot of variability that needs sorting and standardizing - great opportunities to make a real difference

      Cons

      Slow to change - non profit but large slow moving corporate cogs. The new CIO is pushing to change that in IT but we are not there yet.
