1. Horrible place to work if you’re male. Middle and upper mid management is vastly female with chips on their shoulders.
A female coworker did NO WORK for months along with a sexist attitude toward her male surpervisor (me). This was brought to HR with objective data and copies of passive aggressive demeaning emails. HR did NOTHING, not even a corrective action notice toward the female employee. If you’re male you will be ignored, you will be demeaned and forced to work your job and the non-working female coworker’s job as well.
Feminist ideology has penetrated this system and the male employees are talking about it.
