      Th team I worked with was great.

      Cons

      Management is a cabal who work to screw over their workers. Even if their workers are innocent of accused wrong doing, management will not hear the workers' side of the story.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, work from home, no weekends.

      Cons

      Pay increases annually are minuscule and insulting if you qualify for it. The pay range for the job description currently is $18-$31/hr, however an employee who has been working in this role for 25+ years doesn't even make the highest amount so it seems pretty unattainable. Micromanaging and favoritism are very prevalent.
