Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.

Pros

Fair pay and great benefits for staff RN

Cons

Very little support staff and high expectations for RN to complete everything with very little assistance. The cutting of support staff has increased falls, increased RN's getting hurt on the job, and decreased patient satisfaction and patient safety. I would give this place 5 stars if they prioritized patient safety over profit for CEO's.
