Struggling to put anything else in this category but the team is easily the only pro
Cons
Upper Management
Project Impact is another word for robbing the every day employeeand making them work harder for less. Million dollar salaries for executives must be paid for by squeezing it out of everyone else's pockets.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoy the pay, benefits, friendly team, and opportunities for growth. We also appreciate your note about cafeteria pricing — we’ll share this with our facilities team as we continue looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
Pay increases annually are minuscule and insulting if you qualify for it. The pay range for the job description currently is $18-$31/hr, however an employee who has been working in this role for 25+ years doesn't even make the highest amount so it seems pretty unattainable. Micromanaging and favoritism are very prevalent.
