Commonspirit hire many people from out of states and new grads.
Positive HR hiring process.
Cons
Use Cerner programs as EHR, no CNAs since they are trying to save a lot of money from staffing.

Pay increases annually are minuscule and insulting if you qualify for it. The pay range for the job description currently is $18-$31/hr, however an employee who has been working in this role for 25+ years doesn't even make the highest amount so it seems pretty unattainable. Micromanaging and favoritism are very prevalent.
