Pros
Great benefits, great coworkers, a dedication to getting the work done well, a sense of being at the cutting edge of the field. CTC has really focused itself since 2022 and found a path I'm proud to be a part of. They've taken a step back from the "dream achievement" language that caused a lot of issues in the past and shifted towards being professional, which makes the work environment feel much safer.
Cons
Fast paced and remote = requires a ton of communicative skill. Definitely easier to do well here if you're really passionate about the work, which not everyone can be.
