Pros

Great coworkers, looks good on a resume

Cons

The boss is constantly yelling or just not in the office. The benefits are consistently cut, the pay is less than $15 an hour and yet they expect people with degrees

Our company has been working from home since March 2020, so the comment "just not in the office" is inaccurate. In addition, if there are employees out of the office, it is typically because CGRN runs 23 international conferences a year - requiring multiple employees to travel. Benefits have not been cut in the last two years, and all employees are offered health insurance, dental, vision, LTD, 401K, and holiday/sick hours.

Pros

I love working here, it is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. It is a small company, so I feel that my work is valued and important to the success of the company. Good benefits and my schedule is very flexible. As long as I am doing my job to the best of my abilities, my boss does not feel the need to micromanage.

Cons

No major cons that I could think of. I have been with the company for a few months now and always love coming to work.
