Remote work, some co-workers were great, some of the higher-ups cared, had some all right health/vision/dental.

Pretty stuck into the time that you set (had ability to move if the opportunity presented itself, but only a few times per year), low pay for what it is-crisis work is exhausting, not able to flexibly leave your work place for even another place in Michigan without getting permission first. Seemed as though higher ups were controlling and trying to exert more control over time.
