Pros
I have seen over the years CFI improve its technology, its people and Employee experiences. They really work on the Employee experience with CFI Care to engage the employees to improve morale, social issues and integrity. Its a great place to work.
Cons
The onboarding process takes longer then other companies. CFI has requirements for TSA, DOT, etc. that they can't control and relies on the requirements to start working. Once that's over, pretty easy.
