High turnover and low morale - Anonymous employee Commit Partnership Employee Review

Pros

Decent pay, nice office space, good perks (not to be confused with benefits), and interesting work

Cons

Incredibly high turnover because of a lack of work-life balance, limited transparency from management, and mediocre benefits (below-average PTO for a nonprofit). Do some research about the team you’re interviewing with — if your would-be colleagues have all been there less than two years, there’s a reason. If you look at other reviews, the same issues have existed for years.

Pros

Industry-leading benefits in the nonprofit space. Demonstrable record of meaningful student impact on the stage and local level.

Cons

Inconsistent company culture, often dependent on which department you are in.

Pros

Benefits are good and there is flexibility.

Cons

Culture, nepotism, no work life balance, turnover is crazy, no growth depending on what team you're on and especially if you're a person of color.
