      Pros

      None! Couldn’t think of any if I tried. Avoid at all costs. Even if it’s your last choice on earth, still avoid.

      Cons

      Clique-like culture high school vibes. Unwelcoming to new starters and exclude you if you have different interests. Close minded people who love to micromanage. Weak management who have no idea what they’re doing. Most of the business is white and straight, lack of diversity. Even when diversity is hired they’re excluded against and discriminated. Expect you to go above and beyond for a low salary. Lack of training and support in all department. Colleagues talk badly about other teams but it’s apparent no one is trained properly. Lots of gossiping and hostile environment.
