From my point of view females in IT get constantly overlooked for promotions, and we seem to have a high turnover of women (inclusive of redundancies) leave the bank Promotions in IT London are pretty much non existent (unless you have been in the bank for 10-15 years and get the job by default), so its quite disappointing to see hard work not getting rewarded.
