- New management and and new team due to Restructuring all old staff have moved out of the bank - Lot of manual work, outdated systems that don't interact with each other -Steady flow of work despite the fact that new members are not well trained. Small team that cannot even effectively cover for absences and sickness - Absolutely no work life balance - no breaks and long working hours for the past months. Management only thanks for the hardwork but never cares to ensure that employees take break/log off on time. - No learning as team is barely able to manage work load. The bank has many workshops for various topics, but if you are in this team all your focus is just to meet client expectations and no personal development - Mediocre salaries. - Bank has introduced hybrid working - but constant pressure to come into work atleast 3days a week despite employees across the bank requesting to make just 2days mandatory
