- No salary increment policies (literally 0$ increment in the past many years). If u bother to ask for an increment, you'll be told to look for another job. - Retrenchment announced without giving any kind of proper clarification on when and how people will be impacted. - There is no Can-do culture, nothing reaches the finish line. Most people just says no to everything. - Lot of politics and drama. There is no employee feedback mechanism. There's is no way to voice out your concerns. - If you are young and looking for growth or exciting projects to work on, this ain't your place. The culture is very laid-back and conservative. - Management doesn't care about employee satisfaction. - You can't really find any Learning or Growth opportunities. - No employee appreciation/motivation factors.
