Pros
I don't see any, unless you live in Oakland or like looking at the Oracle Arena. Their offices are not bad, the building itself is a little old compared to others I've worked at.
Cons
I've seen things like abuse from the bosses. Since they pay employees from their pockets they feel they own them and treat them like servants, and worse. Lots of mood swings - from the good to the ugly, really ugly - like frequent shouting matches among the execs, put downs and the likes...
