Not what it used to be. - Employee Commerce Vision Employee Review

This company started out so good and just went way downhill after private equity bought them out. It went from a warm, supportive environment to a corporate wasteland. Focus is on profits, not people. It's top heavy and the people doing the actual work are overloaded and unappreciated. So much turnover in the past year alone. Lots of talent walking out the door and a bunch that got thrown out (including long term employees). The culture has been replaced with stress.
