      Love working at the Bank! Execs have open door policy and are very approachable. Very welcoming environment...feels like family! I appreciate that I can have work life balance.

      Cons

      Need more work on getting our name out there as an employer of choice when competing with big banks, their budgets & legacy branding. This will help us attract better talent.
