For a company with only 15 employees, the high turnover rate of nearly one resignation per month is alarming. Having previously worked in a grocery store, I can confirm this company has a higher turnover rate. Despite allowing dogs in the office, which was a nice perk, the overall experience was stressful and unpleasant. Management is unresponsive to feedback or suggestions for improvement, leading to a toxic work environment full of drama. Moreover, all roles seem to lead back to cold calling, data collection, and LinkedIn spam, contributing to an overall negative experience. Additionally, the company collects and mishandles customer data, making it an unethical workplace. Overall, I would advise staying away from this company.

A really dynamic and hard working group of people with the perfect blend of professionalism and personality. Everyone combines really well which contributes to a really successful and positive atmosphere. If you have an opportunity to be a part of this, I wouldn't pass it up as it truly is an excellent place to be.

It's very hard to think of any. I think the most important thing is to keep the current level of work up and ensure that the atmosphere doesn't change as the business grows and moves forward.
