Pros

Networking with potential future employers.

Cons

Company wide blame culture, employees over-looked for promotion and professional development on the basis of a discorteous manager disliking competition. Distinct lack of training. Multiple cases of bullying reported by members of the team to no avail. No confidentiality when it comes to reporting issues or seeking advice.

Pros

Highly organized administration systems and processes.

Cons

For a company with only 15 employees, the high turnover rate of nearly one resignation per month is alarming. Having previously worked in a grocery store, I can confirm this company has a higher turnover rate. Despite allowing dogs in the office, which was a nice perk, the overall experience was stressful and unpleasant. Management is unresponsive to feedback or suggestions for improvement, leading to a toxic work environment full of drama. Moreover, all roles seem to lead back to cold calling, data collection, and LinkedIn spam, contributing to an overall negative experience. Additionally, the company collects and mishandles customer data, making it an unethical workplace. Overall, I would advise staying away from this company.

Pros

Being new to the business and industry I have found Commerce Futures to be a welcome change of scenery and massive eye opener. The company has an extremely positive and motivational atmosphere along with a good team ethic driving the business onwards and upwards to bigger and better things. The camaraderie between individuals makes for a great working environment that everyone feels comfortable in and that they can create a real influence on the business.

Cons

As of yet no major downsides or flaws in Commerce Futures, but there are always going to be peaks and troughs as the company looks to explore new avenues, create opportunities, expand and implement new ideas, whilst finding more efficient ways of working.
