-No sense of project estimation nor planning. Most of the good projects are accomplished by developers doing overtime. (Under qualified management team) -Hard work can go under appreciated -In most cases business related decisions are in favour of the company and its customers, not its employees. Employee motivation and satisfaction is mostly disregarded. -Huge employee turnovers are affecting many departments -Losing its start-up mentality over time. Shifting from "Getting work done the right way" to "Delivering on time even though its not ready and not learning anything out of it"
