      Pros

      Flexible working hours... Few great minds with supportive attitude...but no value for them. I think that's all that I can think as pros.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Don't get fooled by 5 day working culture.. It's 24×7 except for few projects. You will be fired the moment you are out of project and no personal connection with manager. Biased management which doesn't care about employees working hard for organization growth..focus is only on personal relationships.

      Pros

      In this past 2 years of my work span, I haven’t seen any delays in my salary. And it’s the same case even during appraisals. Employees with excellent work performance are rewarded with appreciation in the year half and even in the year end(annually). I like this way of rewarding employees and making them feel that they mean something to the organization. I admire it heartily.

      Cons

      Yet, till now, I have not seen any. And I believe, I won’t see any even in future as well.
