Unreasonable workload expectations , do not care about the product you produce but how fast you can produce it for their clients who pay top dollar for this stuff, pay is enough to get you by if you live with your parents and still have bills to pay , micromanagers , they do not seem to care about their employees, you have to ask permission to go outside the hours you set if you have life issues arise , appointments etc , some individuals higher up are gossipy , all they tend to do is tear you down and I’ve never seen anyone get praised for a thing. You are basically in a call center , making 50-100 phone calls a day doing medical canvasses starting out. They say you’ll get trained on something new after a few weeks but it’s usually way longer and burnout happens quickly. I think they know usually if you’re working here it’s temporary just to build a resume to get into actual Intel . Also , lack of room for growth and raises .
