Cons
This company is a mess. Management and the executive leadership do not respect their employees. This company does not value hard work, integrity, or skill set, but rather values brown nosing, ignorance, and lack of independent thought. The pay structure at this company does not reflect equality, only favoritism. Managers are not held accountable for their actions or lack of actions. Leadership only cares about hiring diverse candidates for optics and the company as a whole takes no regard to including those of diverse backgrounds. HR Leaders have had their own investigations in sexual assault, homophobia, and racism. Go somewhere else if you want to be respected and valued.
