There is really no point in even bothering until the CEO and COO retire/resign. They are holding back this business and it's really sad. The CEO (which by the way, she is so full of herself that she felt the need to rally to the board in order to get her title changed to CEO), doesn't care about what's "right" she only cares about her image. She is very petty and if she doesn't like something, she doesn't think about all the factors before making a decision. The COO is essentially non-existent and constantly drops the ball. Emails are left unread and causes delays or causes service outages. These two constantly make bad decisions and errors, and immediately look for scapegoats. Also, they'll keep telling the workforce that there's no money to pay the hardworking employees anymore than what they're getting, but the top 2 take WELL over what they should for what they do.
