Pros
CommScope acquired ARRIS (including Ruckus) in 2019. Their goal was to expand in new markets, shape future of wired and wireless communications, and be a leader in network convergence. I am unclear if these goals have been reached.
Cons
Unfortunately, throughout 2020, there were many reduction in workforce events. Due to the substantial number of employees let go in the San Diego location (I was one of them), employee participation and morale dropped (of course). Unclear what the current working environment is like at this company.
