This company has shown me that there are companies who treat their employees much better. At least it paid my bills, but other than that there aren't any pros anymore.
Cons
The IT CIO has made decisions and hired managers that have made things unbearable at this company. Pay is lower at this company for positions within the IT field. They treat their good employees like garbage and reward the bad employees, which are like a cancer in the company and are multiplying.
