If you become sick or disabled as a direct result of working with this organisation, don't expect this employer to honour all your rightful entitlements under the EBA or contract of employment or be fair and reasonable in their dealings with you. Don't expect to be paid for the many additional and expected hours of worked overtime, worked RDO's, or having no choice but to be working over annual leave breaks due to high and unmanageable workloads due to mismanagement of work allocations etc Don't expect your manager will behave in a conscionable, considerate, fair manor or to behave with transparency or fairness if they have their own addenda - management will happily take your hard work/ ideas/ knowledge as their own for self preservation
